Why a B complex?
The B vitamins work together, so they are usually taken together. This formula uses active nutrient forms throughout, including vitamin B6 as P5P, vitamin B12 as methylcobalamin and folic acid as 5-MTHF.

Chosen forms, not cheap ones
Active forms are chosen deliberately: P5P rather than plain pyridoxine, methylcobalamin rather than cyanocobalamin, and 5-MTHF rather than standard folic acid.
Directions
Take 1 capsule per day with any meal, or as directed by a healthcare professional.
