No Secrets
You have the right to know exactly what you’re taking. Many supplements group ingredients into a “complex” or “proprietary blend”, giving one total weight and leaving you to guess how much of each is inside.
We don’t do blends. Every ingredient is listed with its exact amount, right down to the capsule shell.

Promise 2
Purposeful Formula
Every ingredient is there for a reason, chosen for what it does, with nothing extra. Where a formula needs a little help to fill evenly, such as a flow aid, we keep it to the minimum and list it on the label. No artificial colours, and nothing added just for show.
We keep each formula as simple as it can be, without compromising what the product is designed to do.

Promise 2 · The right forms
Better ingredients, clearly named
Two supplements can list the same nutrient and still be very different. What matters is the form it comes in and where it comes from. We choose each form for what the formula needs, and name every one on the label, so you can see exactly what you’re getting.

What is an ‘active form’?
Some vitamins have to be converted by the body before it can use them. Active forms are already in the form the body uses, such as methylcobalamin (B12), 5-MTHF (folate) and P5P (B6).
Whole food and organic
Many of our formulas include whole food ingredients, such as plant powders in our multivitamins and minerals on a natural food base. Our botanicals, including lion’s mane, ashwagandha, organic turmeric and milk thistle, are certified organic by the Soil Association.
Promise 2 · Our capsules
Capsules wherever we can
We use capsules wherever we can, which avoids the binders, glues and coatings needed to press a tablet. Most are HPMC capsules, made from plant cellulose and suitable for vegetarians and vegans.
pH independent, quick to dissolve
They’re designed to break down quickly once swallowed, and don’t rely on stomach acid levels (pH) to do it.
Easy to swallow
Smooth, tasteless and odour-free. Many people find capsules easier to swallow than tablets.
Honest about the exceptions
Our fish and krill oils need a softgel made from gelatin, and a few minerals come as tablets to reach the right strength. It’s always stated clearly on the label.

Good supplements start long before the capsule is filled. We work only with approved suppliers, and every ingredient comes from non-GMO origins, with the documents to prove it.

Made with care, in the UK
Every Soluna product is made in the UK to GMP standards, the quality rules medicine and supplement makers work to. Our newest formulas are made in an ISO Class 8 cleanroom. And every batch passes six checks before a single pot is sealed.
