Step 1 · Before it’s made
Quality starts with what goes in. Every ingredient comes from an approved supplier and is checked before anything is blended.
Every ingredient arrives with a certificate of analysis from an approved supplier.
Ingredients are sent to third-party laboratories for further testing where appropriate.
Colour, scent and weight are checked before anything is blended.
Step 2 · Where it’s made
Every Soluna® product is made in the UK in GMP facilities.
Our newest formulas are made inside an ISO Class 8 cleanroom, at a manufacturing partner certified by the MHRA, the UK’s medicines regulator. There, air quality, temperature and hygiene are tightly controlled, protecting ingredient purity and keeping every batch consistent.
GMP stands for Good Manufacturing Practice: the quality rules supplement and medicine makers work to, covering ingredients, premises, equipment, staff training, hygiene and record keeping.
Simply put: every batch is made the same way, checked the same way and fully documented.

Capsule weights are checked and recorded at regular intervals throughout the run, to keep every dose accurate.
A highly sensitive metal detector checks every capsule, and any that fail are rejected before packaging.
Capsules are polished to remove surface powder, for clean, consistent capsules.
Trained staff remove any capsules with dents, under-fills or imperfections.
Laser counters make sure every pot holds the exact number of capsules stated on the label.
A sample from every batch is kept on record for future reference and spot testing.
Step 4 · Keeping records
Every Soluna® product is backed by careful record keeping. From raw ingredients to final packaging, each step is documented, checked and stored, so every batch is made the same way, every time.
Every production run is assigned a traceable ID.
